Shipping & Returns

HH Bicycles has been in business since 1976 by being fair and giving our customers a good product. HH Bicycles guarantees satisfaction with every product we sell. If an item doesn’t meet your expectation click here to email us and describe the problem. If we can’t come up with a solution we will email you a return form. Return this form and the merchandise using insured ground shipping by U.S. mail or a parcel carrier of your choice to:

Keep a copy of the shipping details until you get a refund or replacement item.

If the product was damaged in shipping or we sent the wrong product we will refund the actual ground shipping cost, replace the product, and return it to you freight free. If you ordered an item and when you got it, it wasn’t what you thought, return the unused item in its original, undamaged, carefully opened package for a full product cost refund less a 10% restocking fee. If the product was sent free freight to you the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We feel the need to state the obvious here. We’re aware of what we describe as the “Prom Night Syndrome.” Please don’t order something to get you through a ride on Sunday and return it to us on Monday. We don’t sell you anything less than described so please be as fair with us. When trying on shoes walk on a carpeted surface only. Shoes that are scuffed or had cleats installed can’t be returned. Leave all labels on clothing when checking fit. Used clothing or clothing where the labels have been tampered with can’t be returned. We are not responsible for improper or incorrectly installed items. If unsure check out our HOW TO videos or contact us for some help. All sales after 30 days are final.
